Clean rooms with clean bathrooms.
No coffee maker, no iron in room. Limited food options at the Restaurant. Most of room lights were not working.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. The room was OK, but i booked the room on the photo, which was given to me the next day tactically as a free upgrade after I complained the next day.
The hotel did not have the facilities listed on booking.com, for example, steam room, hot tub, jacuzzi, fitness, or a spa lounge. At check-in, I wasn't offered to see the room. First, I was demanded payment as soon as I walked in. The room I was given had 5 sets of stairs to climb up and down with my baby to the room and facilities, which was not available during my stay. So naturally, I am quite upset and embarrassed in front of my family and cousins in meknes. Couldn't able to entertain my cousins who live in meknes as the director himself is involved in drug dealing and prostitution in there so called cigar club and Shisha Club. I have attempted to approach management and director also owner to put our concerns and explain that we would like to cancel our stay and go somewhere, but we didn't feel safe as their attitude quickly changed so me and my wife pretended were happy to continue our stay not because they suggested we won't get a refund only also due to the safety of our 11 months infant child. Please ask someone to contact me as I have listed all proof of attempts for us to voice our concerns. Each attempt, we were forced to feel unsafe on every concern raised to the zaki Hotel.
